If you are using one of our PA Hire packages for an event then you may wish to take advantage of our Multi-Track Recording Service.
For an extra £150 we will bring additional microphones and recording equipment suitable for making a recording utilising up to 16 separate tracks. Additional microphones are required, as sounds that may not need amplification for performance will still need to be recorded (for example drums cymbals or loud guitar amps). By recording each instrument separately it is possible to mix the recording afterwards. This provides the opportunity for individual processing (eq, dynamics, etc) for each instrument/voice with a level of attention to detail that is not possible within a live performance. The result is a professional quality recording that can really capture what you are all about live.
If you run a computer based home studio you may wish to mix and process the tracks yourself. For this we can provide all separate tracks as data on CD or DVD. Please bear in mind that one hour of a full 16 track recording will be over 4Gb of data and therefore larger performances can only be supplied on DVD.
